Tillamook Milk Hauling

Milk Hauling Division

The milk hauling division makes up a large portion of our company. Zwald Transport, Inc. has hauled milk solely for the Tillamook County Creamery Association since 1982. Starting out as a one man show, this division has grown into being the sole milk hauler for TCCA; containing 7 routes. Six of these routes provide farm pick up for 85 dairies predominately in Tillamook County, with a handful of farms in Clatsop, Washington and Clark County. One route services TCCA by hauling ingredients in from other creameries in the Pacific Northwest. Milk hauling was and continues to be the foundation of our business.

Reefer Division

REFRIGERATED FREIGHT HAULING

Our reefer division provides transportation services for food product coming in and out of the Pacific Northwest. This fleets handles dedicated lanes hauling Tillamook Cheese product for the Tillamook County Creamery Association. Our lanes consist of running from locations in Oregon, Idaho, and Utah.

Vacuum Tanker Division

We provide farm manure hauling services, as well as waste water, bio-solids, whey, and brew waste.

We currently haul manure to the Hooley Digester for Tillamook BioGas; Regenis LLC, as well as provide bio-solids hauling for multiple municipalities. We are available to assist in major waste needs in the Pacific NW.

What is a digester?
A digester captures methane from manure and turns it into clean electricity or renewable natural gas and generate carbon credits.

This is our new venture! We currently have a partnership with West Coast Feed & Seed Co. out of McMinnville. We will also be servicing farms here locally in Tillamook as well as throughout Oregon and Washington.
